A butterfly cage, also called a warehouse cage or foldable warehouse cage, is a metal wire-cage structure — a metal warehouse storage cage usually used to store or transfer metal parts. Butterfly cages come in non-foldable and foldable types. The non-foldable type is specially reinforced, carries more weight, and generally stacks many layers. The foldable type makes access easy at any time; when stacked, a small door opens to store or pick goods without digging through the stack. Features: Rational management — uniform sizes and fixed capacity, contents visible at a glance, stock easy to count. Space saving — with stackers, lifts and cranes, cages stack four high for vertical storage. Integrated handling — with stackers, lifts, cranes, trolleys, hand pallet trucks or other transport equipment, they carry raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods, cutting handling damage and labor. Sturdy and durable — spot-welded from high-tensile steel bars, reinforced with welded U-channel iron at the bottom and special leg frames, for safer operation. Foldable butterfly cages fold flat when idle to save space. The foldable design lets you open the small door at any time when stacked, storing or picking goods without having to dig through the stack.
