A warehouse cage is a foldable wire cage. Its basic structure is a base frame welded from channel steel plus mesh panels welded from cold-drawn wire. The sides and bottom are welded firmly where needed, and the rest connects with springs and latches so the cage folds for storage. A standard cage also carries a 300*150 identification plate for product labels. Warehouse cage sizes mainly derive from standard pallet dimensions, with three mainstream sizes: 1200*1000*890 (A-7), 1000*800*840 (A-5), and 800*600*640 (A-3). Beyond size, the mesh structure and wire diameter can be designed by load and product characteristics. How to order cost-effectively: First, work from your production reality and choose a standard cage size where possible; this saves a lot of the non-standard premium. Second, tell the maker your product weight and use. Based on order quantity and load, and on the actual goods loaded, the maker will recommend a cost-appropriate cage.
