The galvanized warehouse cage, also called the storage cage or butterfly cage, is an important logistics container in storage and transport. It offers fixed holding capacity, neat stacking, clear visibility, and easy stocktaking, and raises the effective use of storage space. Cages fold freely and fold flat when idle, saving a good deal of warehouse space. A cage's main parts fall into two builds: the mesh panel and the base. Mesh panels are drawn from Q235 high-wire rod into thin wire around 5.8 or 6.2 in diameter, cut to various lengths, and spot-welded into semi-finished panels, then edge-trimmed and electroplated, awaiting assembly. The base is welded from U-channel steel, and the four feet are stamped parts. Knowing this process helps buyers judge a cage: whether the mesh welds are sound, whether the wire diameter is adequate, whether the channel steel is thick, and whether the galvanizing is even all decide the cage's service life. Nanjing Tongnuo Storage Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. builds galvanized cages by this process, with standard specs in stock and non-standard sizes available for custom order.
